NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS

Hillcrest College, Calabar, was one of the schools that participated in this year's Painting Competition with the theme "Modern Slavery" at the Slave History Museum, Marina Resort, Calabar.

At the end of the competition, the following students made the school proud:

2017 DAY OF THE AFRICAN CHILD (DAC)

Hillcrest College, Calabar, was one of the few schools invited to celebrate the 2017 Day of the African Child.  The day was celebrated of Friday 16th June 2017, at the Main Bowl of the Cultural Centre Complex, Calabar.  It was organized by an NGO known as Afrika Image and Concepts in conjunction with the office of the Special Adviser to the Governor(Cross River State) on Youth Matters. 

The school presented poems, traditional dance, creative speech and a display of the Efik, Ibibio, Edo, TIV and Kenyan cultural fashion parade.
